How much space do I need for the simulator?

We recommend a clear flat area of at least 15 feet wide by 16 feet deep with a minimum ceiling height of 10 feet for indoor setups. It works great in office Hobbies, ballrooms, event halls, backyards, and outdoor spaces.

Absolutely. From kids taking their first swing to seasoned golfers chasing the perfect drive, our experience is designed for everyone. No golf experience needed whatsoever.

Yes. Our setup works great outdoors. Shaded or covered areas are ideal for the best screen visibility, but we will work with you to find the best setup based on your venue and event.

Just the space. We bring everything else including the simulator, screen, hitting mat, clubs, and golf balls. If the venue does not have a nearby power outlet, we will coordinate a portable power solution in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We typically arrive 45 to 60 minutes before your event to get everything ready. Full setup and teardown are always included in every package.

Every booking includes professional grade FlightScope simulator setup, premium screen, hitting mat, clubs and golf balls, a dedicated on-site operator, and full setup and teardown. Everything is tailored to your specific event.

Private event packages start from $600 with a minimum booking of two hours. Corporate event pricing varies based on your specific needs. Contact us and we will put together the right package for you.

We are proudly based in Maryland and serve events across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

The sooner the better. Weekends fill up quickly, especially during spring and fall. We recommend reaching out at least two to four weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
